Forum Marinum is full of experiences and fun for children and families!

We have invested in the enjoyment of the whole family. All of the exhibitions are suitable and interesting for children from toddlers to teenagers.

Our interesting permanent exhibitions have a lot to look at and try, for little guests also. The 40,000+ exhibition presenting marine nature and island life consists almost exclusively of digital content that appeals to children and young people. On our museum ships Bore, Suomen Joutsen and Sigyn, you can have an adventure in the atmosphere of old-time cruising and sailing. For our youngest guests, we have their very own exhibitions at the Children’s Maritime Museum and Sea Monsters. The Children’s Maritime Museum is an exciting inside playground for children, where you can steer the ship, set the sails and stare at the horizon. The Sea monsters is our newest exhibition for kids and families. Do you dare to jump to the edge of the world or into the clutches of a sea monster?
